The design and amenities were impressive, especially the bar and library. The room was nice, with great air conditioning and lighting. The staff was friendly and attentive, although some issues like water splashing from the toilet were noted. The location was fantastic for exploring the old town area. I would stay again once they iron out their initial challenges.

We had a fantastic time at the Edinburgh hotel we stayed at recently, super enjoyable location by the castle and Royal Mile, and the staff couldn't have been kinder, like Stephanie who was top-notch. The room was cozy and clean, with a bomb comfy bed and great air con. I wish the room was a tad bigger, but not a biggie overall, and the price seemed a bit high for us. During our visit to Edinburgh to explore the city's historical attractions, we stayed at a hotel near popular landmarks. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and our room with a balcony was perfect for my husband's birthday celebration. Although the breakfast service was a bit disorganized on our last morning, the overall experience was pleasant, with comfortable rooms and a quiet atmosphere for a good night's rest.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious and filled with charming details. The rooftop deck offers stunning views. However, some minor issues with noise levels and room cleanliness were encountered. A stylish and friendly stay.

The Breakfast was tasty, staff super nice & caring. Hotel prepared everything for pets. Hotel is clean, tidy, modern. Excellent experience.

The hotel's close proximity to Edinburgh Castle and the city center made exploring easy. The location in the Old Town was perfect for sightseeing.

We were warmly welcomed by the attentive staff upon arrival and escorted to an exclusive room with stunning decor. the restaurant served delicious meals with an extensive wine list which we enjoyed in the modern bar and lounge areas. the private facilities were a bonus, and the in-room breakfast was a delight. the location was perfect for exploring the city's iconic landmarks, and the service exceeded our expectations.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious facilities, including the exquisite restaurant and bar serving delectable cuisine and drinks. the in-room breakfast was exceptional, with fresh and local ingredients, and the room was equipped with exclusive amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable and satisfying. the hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to walk to major attractions and travel easily using the train station.

Our only minor issue was with the financial system, as we had to pay a deposit along with the room fee that took time to refund, causing some inconvenience. Despite this, the staff was friendly and attentive, providing us with exceptional service.

Nothing it was perfect.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the center of the city. We were close to everything, including theatre shows in the university area. It was convenient to walk to all the attractions and shops.

The noise from the nearby nightclub was unbearable. It made it difficult to sleep and enjoy our stay.

The hotel had a modern and stylish design, which I really liked. The bar area and library were great places to relax and enjoy a drink. The room, although a bit small, had good air conditioning and the lighting, especially around the mirror, was excellent. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town area, making it easy to explore the city.

The check-in process was a mess. We were told our room was ready, only to find out it wasn't and had to wait for over an hour.
